It's important to us that you are 100% satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 7 days you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a return shipping label to ship it back to us.
The returned item must be "as-new" condition in its original packaging along with a copy of the sales receipt within 7 days of purchase, the EU Production credit will be issued, (shipping fees are not refundable). The EU Production credit can be used for a new purchase at your leisure!
All returns MUST include a valid RAN (Return Authorization Number) issued by EU Production .

Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that we have made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 852-2881 0768 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right!
If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.
Important Notes About Returns
We will be happy to assist you for returns.
Please prepare the sales receipt and the item in the original packing condition and we will gladly replace it. Administration fee will be charged for any return products and the administration fee is non-refundable.
Prior to returning any product, please contact us to get a RAN (Return Authorization Number) issued by EU Production which must be written on any boxes returned to us. Please report damages within 7 days.
